The software that powers Fare Radar (the source code) is licensed under the MIT License. See the LICENSE file in the repository for the full terms. This licence applies to the code only — it does not apply to the site's branding, text or the fares data shown.
Trademarks & no affiliation
RedBus, Paytm, AbhiBus, IRCTC and Ixigo are trademarks of their respective owners. Fare Radar is an independent fare comparison service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by RedBus, Paytm, AbhiBus, IRCTC, confirmtkt, Ixigo or any other platform whose publicly available data appears on this site. All bookings are completed on the original platform, and the original platform's terms apply.
Fare data & no warranty
Fares, ratings, seat availability and train booking chances are shown for your convenience and are captured live at the moment of search. They change frequently. Fare Radar provides this information "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify the final price and availability on the booking platform before paying.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fare Radar (and its operators) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of this site, including reliance on any fare, rating, seat or booking-chance information, or any booking you make on a third-party platform. You use Fare Radar at your own risk.
Acceptable use
- You may use Fare Radar for personal, non-commercial trip planning.
- You may not scrape, bulk-download or republish Fare Radar's pages or API data for commercial use without prior written permission.
- You may not use Fare Radar to harm, overload or interfere with the service, or attempt to access it in an unauthorised way.
Privacy — no data storage
Fare Radar is and will always be a free tool, and it is built to store as little as possible.
- No personal data stored. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no email collection. Fare Radar does not store your search routes, dates or preferences on any server.
- Recent searches stay on your device. Your recent searches are saved only in your own browser's local storage and never leave your device. Clear them any time from your browser settings.
- Ephemeral technical caches only. The service keeps short-lived caches of platform responses (city suggestions and search results, minutes only) and aggregate usage counters. These are not personal data, are never used to identify you, and are discarded automatically.
- No data selling. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties.
